Chief Executive Officer

Matt Schaubroeck is the Chief Executive Officer at ioAirFlow. He earned a MBA at the Asper School of Business, with a focus on entrepreneurship. Matt has been working in the startup ecosystem for over 6 years, including as Director of Programming for North Forge Technology Exchange and Economic Development Winnipeg. He also enjoys long-distance running and playing the cello - although not at the same time.

Amanda San Filippo
Chief Operating Officer

Amanda San Filippo is the Chief Operating Officer at ioAirFlow. She earned a BBA at the Université de Saint-Boniface and an MES in Environment & Resource Studies from the University of Waterloo where she focused on barriers to commercial building energy efficiency. Amanda has spent most of her professional career working in the environmental, energy efficiency, and climate change sectors. She spends most of her free time in her garden with her pets.

Dan Loewen
Chief Technology Officer

Dan Loewen is the Chief Technology Officer at ioAirFlow. He earned a BEng at Lakehead University, a MASc in Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering from Waterloo University and has been registered as a Professional Engineer with EGM since 2016. Dan has spent most of his professional career designing and optimizing systems from a holistic, customer-centric perspective. He thoroughly enjoys coffee with seven brew methods at home (and counting).
